Our placements run all year round, so you can travel whenever suits you.
But get in early, and you'll have your pick of 2026's most popular travel dates.
Not sure of your travel dates? No problem —once you’ve secured your space, you can change your travel dates up to 90 days before departure with no administration fees.
Get your first choice departments
Be aware that there are limited spaces in each department, and once the spaces are gone, they're gone.
But if you get in early, tell us which departments you want to experience, and we'll lock them in before you travel.

Travelling as a group?
Registering early is even more critical if you're travelling with friends.
There is a maximum number of spaces available in each of our destinations. So, if you're travelling as a group, you need to register as early as possible to make sure you get your first choices.
We will also (where possible) place you and your friends in the same bedroom in the Work the World house.
